Tato diplomová práce se zabývá využitím logistiky ve stavební firmě Baracom a.s. Snaží se popsat, ve kterých oblastech stavebnictví lze logistiku využít. Důraz je kladen na dodavatelský řetězec a řízení celého projektu od prvopočátku po předání zákazníkovi. Konkrétní projekt výstavby bytových domů je analyzován od nákupu pozemku po dokončené stavby. Je zde popsán např. výběr dodavatelů, tvorba a dodržování harmonogramů{\dots} Bylo analyzováno hodnocení dodavatelů ve firmě a zkoumány toky materiálů na stavbě. Byly prezentovány výhody dřevostaveb. Snahou bylo vysvětlit výhody nízko-energetických staveb a jejich potenciál do budoucna. This graduation thesis occupies by logistics utilization in the construction company Baracom Inc. It tries to describe the areas of the civil engineering which the logistics can be used in. The emphasis is placed on the supply network and on the whole project management from the beginning to the customer delivery. The concrete apartment blocks development is analysed from the building land purchase to the complete constructions. What is desribed here is e.g. the selection of the suppliers, the creation and the adherence to the schedules... The supplier evaluation in the company and the flow of material at the construction were also analysed out. The advantages of the wooden constructions were presented. The effort was to explain the low-energy constructions´ benefits and their potential in the future.
