Diplomová práce se zabývá utvářením klíčových kompetencí u žáků na 1. stupni ZŠ. Zaměřuje se na kompetenci komunikativní, a to jak v prostředí školním, tak i mimoškolním - při volnočasových aktivitách. Teoretická část práce vysvětluje základní myšlenku klíčových kompetencí, nastiňuje historii a význam klíčových kompetencí z globálního hlediska. Klíčové kompetence jsou zde vymezeny a je zde také blíže rozpracována kompetence komunikativní. Teoretická část dále naznačuje metody a strategie vedoucí k utváření klíčových kompetencí ve škole a ve volnočasových aktivitách. V praktické části jsou zhodnoceny výpovědi pedagogických pracovníků získaných z řad učitelů různých 1. st. ZŠ i z řad vedoucích zájmových útvarů. Cílem práce je zjistit, nakolik při pedagogickém působení (ve škole i mimo ni) dochází k systematickému utváření a rozvoji klíčových kompetencí, převážně pak kompetence ke komunikaci. The diploma work deals with formation and development of the key competencies with the pupils in primary schools focusing on communicative competency both in school environment and in extracurricular activities. The theoretical part gives insight into the basic idea of key competencies, a part of its history and its significance from the general point of view. The key competencies are defined and the concept of communicative competence is analyzed in this part. The theoretical part includes outlined methods and strategies leading to the formation of the key competencies in school and in extracurricular activities. 30 interviews of pedagogical workers, including 1 male and 14 female teachers from different schools and 15 spare-time-activity leaders, are assessed in the practical part. The aim of the work is to find out if a systematical formation and the development of the key competencies, in particular the communicative competency, takes place during pedagogical work (in a and outside of school).
