Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem kontaktu odsouzených otců s dítětem během pobytu ve vězení a jejím cílem je popsat význam a důležitost otcovství, jaký vliv má uvěznění otce na dítě a rodinu a jaké jsou možnosti a překážky kontaktu s uvězněným otcem. Čerpá převážně ze zahraničních zdrojů a má podobu přehledové studie. Práce je tematicky členěna do čtyř hlavních kapitol. V první kapitole je popsána metodologie zpracování přehledové studie, včetně použitých zdrojů. Druhá kapitola vymezuje pro studii stěžejní užité pojmy (např. otec, otcovství, aj.) a popisuje význam otce v životě dítěte. Třetí kapitola se věnuje uvěznění otce, vlivu této události na rodinnou situaci a na život dítěte. V poslední kapitole je popsána důležitost kontaktu s uvězněným otcem, možnosti a překážky, které uskutečňování kontaktu brání. Cíl práce byl naplněn zpracováním přehledové studie s využitím obsahové analýzy. This bachelor's thesis deals with the topic of the contact of convicted fathers with the child during their stay in prison, and its aim is to describe the meaning and importance of fatherhood, the effect of the father's imprisonment on the child and the family, and what are the possibilities and obstacles to contact with the imprisoned father. This overview study is mainly based on foreign sources. The study is thematically divided into four main chapters. The first chapter describes the methodology of the overview study, including the sources used. The second chapter defines important terms used for the study (e.g. father, paternity, etc.) and describes the importance of the father in the child's life. The third chapter is dedicated to the imprisonment of the father, the effect of this event on the family situation and on the life of the child. The last chapter describes the importance of contact with the imprisoned father, the possibilities and obstacles that prevent contact. The goal of the work was fulfilled by processing an overview study using content analysis.
