Název práce Postavení nevládních organizací v mezinárodním právu na příkladu Ruské federace Abstrakt Disertační práce se zabývá postavením nevládních organizací v mezinárodním právu. K tomu přistupuje ze dvou hledisek. První je mezinárodněprávní úprava činnosti nevládních organizací v mezinárodním systému. Za druhé se jedná otázku vlivu mezinárodního práva na právní úpravu nevládních organizací na vnitrostátní úrovni. Tyto dvě otázky jsou vzájemně provázané, jelikož bez dodržování požadavků mezinárodního práva na vnitrostátní úrovni nemohou být nevládní organizace aktivní ani na úrovni mezinárodní. Tuto tezi práce demonstruje na příkladu Ruské federace, která v posledních deseti letech přijala právní úpravu nevládních organizací, která výrazně omezuje jejich fungování i samotnou existenci. První část disertační práce se věnuje postavení a právní úpravě nevládních organizací v mezinárodním právu. Zabývá se samotnými nevládními organizacemi, jejich historickým vývojem a popisem oblastí, kterými se nevládní organizace v mezinárodním systému v současné době věnují. Dále přináší definici nevládních organizací a popisuje rozdíly, které je odlišují od dalších subjektů sdružovacího práva. Následně se zaměřuje přímo na právní úpravu nevládních organizací v mezinárodním právu a analyzuje různé způsoby jejich zapojení... Title of the dissertation: The Status of Non-Governmental Organisations in International Law on the Example of the Russian Federation Abstract The dissertation deals with the status of non-governmental organisations in international law. It approaches this issue from two perspectives. The first is the international law regulation of non-governmental organisations in the international system. The second is the question of the impact of international law on the regulation of non-governmental organisations at the national level. These two perspectives are interrelated since, without compliance with the requirements of international law at the national level, non-governmental organisations cannot be active at the international level. The dissertation demonstrates this thesis on the example of the Russian Federation, which has adopted legislation on non-governmental organisations that severely restricts their functioning and very existence in the last ten years. The first part of the dissertation examines the status and regulation of non-governmental organisations in international law. It deals with the understanding of non-governmental organisations, their historical development, and the topics that non-governmental organisations currently address in the international system.
