Práce se zabývá mladými lidmi ve věku rané dospělosti a jejich motivací pro práci v Diecézních centrech života mládeže. Popisuje tato centra, kde žije tým mladých lidí spolu s knězem, kteří se podílí na pastoraci české mládeže. Mapuje vznik a poslání těchto domů. Charakterizuje duchovní i materiální aspekt Diecézních center života mládeže. Práce dále zkoumá, které motivy mají pozitivní vliv na motivaci k rozhodnutí pro vstup do týmu a práci v něm. V této souvislosti se práce také zabývá pozicí mládeže v církvi v českém i celocírkevním měřítku. Okrajově pak přibližuje hlavní linii pastorace mládeže v ČR, řízenou Českou biskupskou konferemcí. The study deals with young people in the age of young adulthood and their motivation for working in Diocesan centres of young's life. The study describes these centres, where team of young people and priest lives. They participate on pastoral care of czech youth. It charts establishment and role of this houses. It describes spiritual and material aspect of Diocesan centres of young's life. Furthermore the work investigates the positive motives which affect on decision to enter a team and work there. According to this, the study deals with position of youth in the church in Czech republic and also in the whole church and describes the main stream of pastoral care in Czech republic, which is leaded by Czech bishops' conference.
