Cílem práce bylo zjistit, jak doprovázející pracovníci pohlíží na svoji roli a jak vnímají její dopad na průběh výkonu pěstounské péče. Šlo o přiblížení praktické činnosti doprovázejícího sociálního pracovníka, která značně ovlivňuje celý proces doprovázení a také celkový dopad na pěstounskou rodinu. V první části je popsán vývoj náhradní rodinné péče od sirotčinců až po současnost. Jsou vymezeny formy u nás i ve světě a také právní ukotvení. Kapitolu uzavírá text pojednávající o procesu zprostředkování náhradní rodinné péče. Ve druhé kapitole je představena pěstounská péče v rámci systému sociálně právní ochrany dítěte. V podkapitolách jsou rozpracována základní témata spojená s pěstounskou péčí, která čtenáři pomohou uchopit její specifika. Podkapitoly popisují práva i povinnosti pěstounů, vymezují druhy pěstounské péče a subjekty doprovázení, specifikují Dohodu o výkonu pěstounské péče a také aktivity v rámci spolupráce se státními subjekty, zejména individuální plánování podpory a systém pěstounských dávek. Kapitolu uzavírá představení dlouho očekávané novely zákona o sociálně právní ochraně dítěte, která vešla v platnost v letošním roce. Třetí kapitola pojednává o významu a funkci celého pěstounství a její podkapitoly jsou zaměřeny na pěstouny i děti péči. Jsou popsány oblasti jako osobnost... The aim of the thesis was to explore how accompanying workers view their role and how they perceive its impact on the course of foster care. It was about elucidating the practical work of the accompanying social worker, which greatly influences the whole process of accompaniment and also the overall impact on the foster family. The first part describes the development of foster family care from orphanages to the present day. The forms in this country and in the world are defined, as well as the legal ramifications. The chapter concludes with a text on the process of foster care placement. The second chapter introduces foster care within the system of social and legal protection of the child. The subchapters elaborate on basic topics related to foster care, which will help the reader grasp its specificities. The subchapters describe the rights and obligations of foster parents, define the types of foster care and the subjects of accompaniment, specify the Agreement on the Performance of Foster Care, as well as activities within cooperation with state entities, in particular individual support planning and the system of foster care benefits.
