Moderní podnik využívá takové manažerské metody a techniky, které urychlují proces řízení. Uplatňované metody řízení v organizaci pomáhají budovat systém podnikového řízení a mají příznivé nebo nepříznivé dopady na společnost, zaměstnance i zákazníky, konkurenci. Cílem této práce je analyzovat, provést srovnání a zhodnocení využívaných manažerských metod a technik při řízení společnosti KMP Bürotechnik, s. r. o. a LARM, a. s. Výzkumný soubor tvořilo 60 respondentů. Mezi nejčastěji uplatňované metody řízení patří brainstorming, techniky řízení dle cílů, delegování. Důležitou roli zde hrála také komunikace a motivace. Modern company uses such a management methods and techniques that enables easier management process. Applied techniques of management in the organization help to build process of company management and at the same time they have positive and negative influence on the society, employees, customers and the competition area itself. The target of the thesis was to analyze, provide the comparation and evaluate management methods and techniques used by the management of the company KMP Bürotechnik, LARM. The total research file has been created out of 60 respondents and the datas have been gained by the polling method. The most used management tool was the goal management, brainstorming, delegation and time management. Also very important role has been taken by motivation and communication.
