Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá aktuálním, politickým problémem, který představují dezinformace objevující se během pandemie nového onemocnění covid-19. Práce je teoretickou prací popisující dosavadní stav poznání, kdy na základě zjištěných informací jsou navrhnuty možnosti směřování veřejných politik. Téma je relevantní, neboť jde o nový, aktuální, a především alarmující jev spojený s možným nebezpečím pro veřejné zdraví. Neobvyklá událost, jakou představuje pandemie, poskytuje živnou půdu pro šíření jak dezinformací, tak konspirací, jelikož je veřejný prostor zahlcen informacemi a zároveň emocemi jako je strach a nejistota. Hlavním zjištěním je pokračující prokremelská, ale i čínská intervence v podobě protizápadních dezinformacích narativů. Ty mají za následek podkopávání důvěry občanů ve veřejné instituce, ale i ve vládu, kdy důvěra v ní souvisí s náchylností ve víru v dezinformace. Co se týče fact-checkingu, ten má kladný dopad na dezinformace, nicméně nemá šanci držet krok s obrovským množstvím informací, které se během pandemie nové nemoci objevují. Proto je potřeba se zaměřit na prebunking metodu teorii psychologické inokulace, která je blíže popsána v práci. Na základě zjištění jsou v závěru práce formulovány konkrétní doporučení nejenom pro policymakers. This bachelor thesis deals with the current political problem posed by disinformation occurring during the pandemic of the new covid-19 disease. The thesis is theoretical, describes the current state of knowledge, and proposes possible directions of public policies based on the observed information. This recent and alarming phenomenon is associated with potential danger to public health and thus makes the subject of the thesis relevant. An unusual event such as a pandemic provides a fertile ground for the spread of disinformation and conspiracy. The public space is overwhelmed by information and, at the same time, with emotions such as fear and uncertainty caused by the pandemic. The main finding is the continuation of pro-Kremlin and Chinese interventions in the form of anti-Western disinformation narratives. Those undermine citizens' trust in public institutions and the government, where trust is related to susceptibility to disinformation. Fact-checking positively impacts disinformation, but it has no chance of keeping up with the vast amount of information that emerges during a pandemic of a new disease.
