V teoretické části mé práce se věnuji stáří a životnímu stylu,indikacemi a kontraindikacemi saunování v seniorském věku. Přehledně zprcovaná historie saun, typy saun a jaký je vliv saunování na organismus. V praktické části jsou zpracovány a vyhodnoceny výsledky dotazníkového šetření, které jsem zjišťovala ve dvou veřejných saunách v Liberci. Dále zda saunování v seniorském věku klesá se zdravotními problémy a zda jsou senioři pravidelnými návštěvníky. V závěru se potvrdily hypotézy o tom, že saunování je o pocitech a je přínosem pro zdraví seniorů. The author describes lifestyle conditiones in the group of elderly patients together, with the indicationes and contraindications for using the sauna in this age category. History of traditional sauna and its different kinds as well as the influence of using the sauna on health on regular basis is described very clear. In the practical part of the author´s work there are described results of questionaire survey, with data collected directly from two sauna, opened for public in Liberec region. The main items in this survey are those concerning regular visiting the sauna by elderly and if there are relations between presence of comorbidities in elderly group and lowering of using the sauna. In summary the autor states previous results and hypothesis mentioning using sauna as influence on pleasant feelings and the health state of elderly people.
