Tato diplomová práce se zabývá polohovou a morfometrickou charakteristikou torů Hrubého Jeseníku a projevy zvětrávání na jejich povrchu. Na základě distančního mapování bylo za pomoci digitálního modelu reliéfu 5. generace a leteckých ortofoto snímků stanoveno prostorové rozmístění torů. Dále byly prostřednictvím digitálního modelu reliéfu zjištěny základní morfometrické charakteristiky torů (nadmořská výška, sklonitost, orientace a příjem slunečního záření). V rámci terénních prací byly hodnoceny popisné morfometrické údaje (maximální výška, šířka a délka) a projevy zvětrávání povrchu torů. Projevy zvětrávání byly analyzovány pomocí Schmidt Hammer testu a metody měření velikostních charakteristik vyrostlic a skalních mís. Na základě statistické analýzy byly vyhodnocovány zvětrávací charakteristiky ve vztahu k morfometrickým a topografickým charakteristikám torů. Distančním mapováním bylo na území Hrubého Jeseníku identifikováno celkem 511 torů. Výskyt a rozmístění torů souvisí se sklonitostí, litologií, orientací vůči světovým stranám a s ní spojenou energetickou bilancí svahů. Nejvíce torů se nachází v podvrcholových částech svahu, v rozmezí nadmořských výšek 900-1000 m n. m. Více než 60 % torů je tvořeno metagranitem a rulou. Výška torů se pohybuje v rozmezí od 1,6 do 30 m. Projevy zvětrávání... The diploma thesis analyzes the positional and morphometric characteristics of tors in Hrubý Jeseník Mts. and their surface weathering. As a part of the distance mapping, tors' spatial distribution was determined using 5th generation digital elevation model and aerial orthophotos. Selected morphometric information (elevation, slope, aspect, and solar radiation) were determined using the digital elevation model. During field work, descriptive morphometric properties of tors (maximum height, width, and length) and their surface weathering were evaluated. Surface weathering was analyzed using Schmidt Hammer test and the method of measuring the veins and weathering pits morphological characteristics. Based on statistical analysis, the weathering characteristics were evaluated in relation to tors' morphometric and topographic characteristics. A total of 511 tors were identified in Hrubý Jeseník Mts. by distance mapping. Tors occurrence and distribution is related to the slope, lithology, orientation, and solar radiation. The majority of the tors are located below the summit at elevation of 900-1000 m a. s. l. There is more than 60% of metagranite and gneiss tors. Tors' height ranges from 1.6 to 30 m.
