Záměrem této diplomové práce je inovovat výuku cizích jazyků na českých základních školách. Práce ohledává cesty k novému konceptu výuky, který by vycházel z principů výukové metody CLIL - Content and Language Integrated Training, reflektoval vědecké poznatky z oblasti osvojování řeči a zároveň zohledňoval potřeby a specifika českého vzdělávacího prostředí. Výstupem práce je návrh nové výukové metody Prime Language Acquisition - PrimeLA. Klíčová slova: osvojování řeči, osvojování L1, osvojování L2, osvojování L3, výuka cizích jazyků, CLIL, výuka na základní škole The purpose of this thesis is to find innovative ways of teaching foreign languages in Czech elementary schools. The thesis aims to discover new concepts for teaching, which derive from the principals of CLIL - Content and Language Integrated Training, reflects scholarly findings derived from studies relating to language acquisition and also takes into consideration the needs and specifics of the Czech educational system. The thesis presents a proposal of a new teaching method: Prime Language Acquisition - PrimeLA.
