Sudetoněmecká otázka je tématem, které se opakovaně objevuje v českých předvolebních kampaních. Po sametové revoluci se sudetoněmecká otázka dostala do popředí společenských debat a stala se i součástí předvolební kampaně. Tato práce zkoumá, jakým způsobem jednotlivé politické strany s tímto tématem pracovaly před volbami do Federálního shromáždění v letech 1990 a 1992. Pro tento účel byla provedena mediální analýza vybraných periodik vždy měsíc před konáním voleb. V teoretické části práce jsou popsány jednotlivé aspekty sudetoněmecké otázky a její nositelé ve zkoumaném období. Tyto aspekty zahrnují především historickou dimenzi česko-německých vztahů. Jednotlivé strany zaujímaly k těmto tématům rozdílné postoje, z čehož plynul konfliktní potenciál sudetoněmecké otázky. V rámci mediální analýzy pro rok 1990 nebylo prokázáno signifikantnější užívání sudetoněmecké otázky, výjimku tvoří dvě levicové strany. Pro rok 1992 byly výsledky již přesvědčivější, a to i díky většímu množství dostupných periodik. Analýza ukazuje, že především levicové strany a periodika kritizovaly vládní kroky v kontextu schvalování čs.-německé Smlouvy o dobrém sousedství a přátelské spolupráci. Využívaly emocionální a historizující rétoriky či autority odborníků, což jim dopomohlo k volebnímu úspěchu. Pravicové strany toto... The Sudeten German matter is a topic that repeatedly appears in Czech election campaigns. After the Velvet Revolution, the Sudeten German matter came to the forefront of social debates and became part of the election campaign. This paper examines how the various political parties worked with this issue in the run-up to the Federal Assembly elections in 1990 and 1992. For this purpose, a media analysis of selected periodicals was carried out for a month before the elections. The theoretical part of the thesis describes the different aspects of the Sudeten German question and the interested parties in the period under study. These aspects include mainly the historical dimension of Czech-German relations. The interested parties took different positions on these issues, which resulted in the conflict potential of the Sudeten German matter. The media analysis for 1990 did not show any significant use of the Sudeten German issue, with the exception of two left parties. For 1992, the results were already more convincing, also due to the larger number of available periodicals. The analysis shows that mainly left-wing parties and periodicals criticized government actions in the context of the approval of the Czechoslovak-German Treaty of Good Neighbourliness and Friendly Cooperation.
