The European Commission's role in the process of creating and implementing the European Green Deal This work deals with the issue of the European Green Deal from the perspective of the European Commission. The EGD is an initiative of the European Commission, which aims to meet the international obligations arising from the Paris Agreement. The EGD is a very comprehensive initiative, consisting of many sub-proposals. To provide a complex overview of what role the European Commission plays in the implementation of the EGD, this work is divided into three main chapters. The first chapter focuses on the European Commission, as a supranational EU institution, and deals mainly with the historical development of the EU's institutional framework, emphasizing the way in which the European Commission's powers shaped. For the sake of clarity, this chapter is organized chronologically, with the main sub-sections of the chapter being primarily the primary treaties and individual Commissions, which have played an important role in European integration. At the end there is a part that deals with the development of the right to environmental protection, both at the international and European level. Role Evropské Komise při vytváření a provádění Evropské Zelené Dohody Tato práce se věnuje problematice Evropské zelené dohody z pohledu Evropské komise. Evropská zelená dohoda je iniciativou Evropské komise, která si bere za cíl dostát mezinárodním závazkům vyplývajícím z Pařížské dohody. Evropská zelená dohoda je velice komplexní iniciativa, která se skládá z mnoha dílčích návrhů. Za účelem podání komplexního pohledu na Evropskou komisi a její roli při implementaci Evropské zelené dohody, je tato práce rozdělena do tři hlavních kapitol. První kapitola se zaměřuje na Evropskou komisi jako supranacionální instituci EU a pojednává především o historickém vývoji institucionálního rámce EU s tím, že klade důraz na způsob, jakým se vytvářely pravomoci Evropské komise. Pro lepší přehlednost je tato kapitola uspořádána chronologicky s tím, že hlavními pododdíly jsou především smlouvy primárního práva a jednotlivé Komise, které hrály důležitou roli v procesu evropské integrace. V závěru první kapitoly je část, která pojednává o vývoji práva na ochranu životního prostředí, jak na mezinárodní, tak na evropské úrovní. Druhá kapitola začíná pojednáním o struktuře a pravomocích Evropské komise po účinnosti Lisabonské smlouvy. Nedílnou součástí analýzy pravomocí Evropské komise je i část, která přibližuje...
