Tato práce zahrnuje vypracování studie vybraného území v Týně nad Vltavou z hlediska bezbariérovosti. V území jsem hodnotila stávající stav a porovnávala ho se všemi platnými právními předpisy a normami. V území jsem vypíchla nedostatky stávajícího řešení, po jejichž odstranění by vzniklo komplexně bezbariérové území, které je přístupné nejen zdravým lidem, ale i osobám s omezenou schopností pohybu a orientace. Také jsem stanovila pořadí naléhavosti změn, tzn., které prvky by bylo vhodné rekonstruovat a upravit na bezbariérový stav nejdříve. Zajímala se o stav chodníků, přechodů pro pěší, parkovišť, schodišť a dalších prvků. Z budov občanského vybavení mě zajímala přístupnost polikliniky, lékárny, městské prádelny, domu s pečovatelskou službou a pošty. Pro technické řešení jsem si zvolila část chodníku, kde v místě přechodu pro pěší chybí bezbariérový nájezd. Tuto část jsem dopracovala do stádia projektové dokumentace pro vydání stavebního povolení, neboť se chodník nachází v bezprostřední blízkosti zástavby rodinných domů a vedou jím inženýrské sítě. Výkresová část byla zpracována pomocí vizualizační cad aplikace.Tato diplomová práce také seznamuje s legislativními předpisy a publikacemi, které se zabývají problematikou bezbariérovosti. This thesis includes a study of the chosen area in the town of Týn nad Vltavou from the point of view of barrierless conception. I monitored the starting state in this area and I compared it with all valid legal regulations and norms. I pointed out the weaknesses of the starting state in this area. The complex barrierless area could be established by removing these weaknesses. This new area could be open not only to healthy people but also to people with limited ability of movement and orientation. I determined the order of the changes urgency. This means which elements should be reconstructed and modified to the barrierless state as soon as possible. I was interested in the state of the footpaths, crossings for the people, car-parks, staircases and other elements. I was also interested in the accessibility of civil facilities {--} the medical centre, the pharmacy, the town laundry, the building with care service and the post office. I chose one part of the footpath for the technical solution. The barrierless solution is missing in this part of the footpath. I elaborated project documentation for this part of the footpath needed for granting the building permission because the footpath is situated in the direct proximity of citizens´ residences and infrastructure network leads through this footpath. The drawings have been processed by visualization cad application. This diploma thesis also contains the list of the valid legal regulations and publications which deal with the problems of the barrierless areas.
