Východiska: V České republice je více než 2 miliony závislých na tabáku. Zbavit se této závislosti bez cizí pomoci je však obtížné, proto někteří lidé přechází na produkty s nižším zdravotním rizikem. Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá alternativními produkty, které dodávají nikotin, především zahřívaným tabákem a elektronickými cigaretami a vnímáním zdravotních dopadů těchto výrobků jejich uživateli. Cíle: Hlavním cílem této práce bylo zjistit, jak uživatelé nikotinových výrobků vnímají zdravotní dopady na jejich organismus a zda vnímají rozdíl mezi klasickými cigaretami, nahřívaným tabákem a elektronickými cigaretami. Dále zmapovat užívání alternativních produktů dodávajících nikotin. Metody: Data byla získána formou kvantitativního výzkumu s využitím dotazníkového šetření. Dotazník byl vytvořen pomocí Google Forms a byl distribuován v papírové verzi. Následně byla data převedena do MS Excel 365 a analyzována pomocí metod deskriptivní a analytické statistiky. Výsledky: Výzkumu se zúčastnilo 144 respondentů, celkem bylo osloveno 180 respondentů, 36 respondentů nesplňovalo požadovaná kritéria. Ze 144 respondentů bylo 67 žen (ve věku 18-75 let) a 77 mužů (ve věku 18-75 let). Zjištěná data ukázala, že postoje a názory na alternativní produkty jsou u respondentů ambivalentní, ale za nejvíce škodlivý... Background: In the Czech Republic, there is over 2 million tobacco addicted people. However, it is difficult to get rid of this addiction unassisted, so some people switch to products with lower health risks. This bachelor's thesis deals with alternative nicotine products, especially heated tobacco and electronic cigarettes, and their impact on human health. Aims: The main aim of this study was to find out how users of nicotine products perceive the health effects on their body and whether they perceive a difference between conventional cigarettes, heated tobacco and electronic cigarettes. Furthermore, to map the use of alternative nicotine delivery products. Methods: Data were obtained in the form of quantitative research using a questionnaire survey. The questionnaire was developed on the basis of Google Forms. Subsequently, the data were transferred to MS Excel 365 and analyzed by means of methods of descriptive and analytical statistics.
