Diplomová práce se zabývá tématem podpory duševního zdraví na pracovišti. Cílem diplomové práce je analyzovat vliv intervencí na podporu duševního zdraví na pracovišti na duševní zdraví zaměstnanců. V práci je věnována pozornost konceptu duševního zdraví a následně je vymezen koncept podpory duševního zdraví na pracovišti. Práce se také zabývá konkrétními programy a intervencemi, které je možno na pracovišti uplatnit za účelem podpory duševního zdraví. Součástí práce je kvantitativní empirické šetření, jehož cílem bude zjistit, jaký vliv má uplatnění intervencí na podporu duševního zdraví na vnímanou úroveň duševního zdraví u zaměstnanců. Výsledky empirického šetření poukazují na to, že uplatnění intervencí na podporu duševního zdraví má vliv na vnímanou úroveň duševního zdraví u zaměstnanců. In the thesis the concept of mental health is discussed and followed by the conceptual definition of the mental health promotion in the workplace. The thesis also deals with specific programmes and interventions that can be applied in the workplace to promote mental health. Quantitative empirical research is included to determine the impact of the application of mental health promotion interventions on the level of mental health from the perception of employees. The results of the empirical research indicate that the application of mental health promotion interventions does indeed have an impact on the employees' perceived level of mental health.
