Bakalářská práce zkoumá mediální obraz izraelsko-palestinského konfliktu v českých médiích v roce 2021. Obránce zdí / Meč Jeruzaléma je název ozbrojeného konfliktu, jenž probíhal na území Izraele a Palestinské autonomie v květnu roku 2021. Přestože se jedná o stejný ozbrojený konflikt, obě soupeřící strany jej nazývají jinak, a to Obránce zdí podle Izraele a Meč Jeruzaléma podle Palestinské autonomie. Podobně to může být i s mediálním obrazem konfliktu - stejný konflikt, rozdílná mediální interpretace. Proto je cílem bakalářské práce nalezení rámců, pomocí nichž české online deníky (Aktuálně.cz a Novinky.cz) o konfliktu informovaly. Nejprve však práce ve své teoretické části představí, jak média konstruují realitu a jak vlastně rámcování funguje. Společně s tím jsou v teoretické část zmíněny dosavadní výzkumy rámcování izraelsko-palestinského konfliktu neboli rešerše dosavadního vědění. Poté práce poskytne vhled do historického a aktuálního kontextu konfliktu mezi Izraelem a Palestinskou autonomií, který je pro orientaci v problematice stěžejní. Následná výzkumná část pomocí kvalitativní obsahové analýzy identifikuje rámce, které se v mediálních obsazích vyskytují. Výsledkem výzkumu je sada rámců, kterými české online deníky o konfliktu referovaly. The bachelor thesis studies the media image of the Israeli-Palestinian conflict in the Czech media in 2021. The Defender of the Walls / The Sword of Jerusalem is the name of the armed conflict that took place in the territory of Israel and the Palestinian Authority in May 2021. Although it is the same armed conflict, the two opposing sides call it differently, namely Defender of the Wall by Israel and Sword of Jerusalem by the Palestinian Authority. The media image of the conflict may be similar - same conflict, different media interpretation. Therefore, the aim of the bachelor thesis is to find the frames through which Czech online newspapers (Aktuálně.cz and Novinky.cz) reported on the conflict. First, however, the theoretical part of the thesis introduces how the media construct reality and how framing actually works. Along with this, the theoretical part mentions the existing research on the framing of the Israeli- Palestinian conflict or a search of existing knowledge. The thesis then provides insight into the historical and current context of the conflict between Israel and the Palestinian Authority, which is central to the orientation of the issue. The following research section uses qualitative content analysis to identify the frames that are present in the media casts. The research results...
