Název: Komparativní analýza techniky plaveckého způsobu kraul Cíle práce: Cílem mé bakalářské práce je provést analýzu dětské techniky kraul, ve které se budeme zaměřovat na kvalitu provedení jednotlivých fází pohybů. Dalším cílem je na základě provedené analýzy a zjištěných chyb navrhnout a aplikovat technická cvičení k jejich odstranění a provést dodatečnou analýzu správné techniky. Metodika práce: Byla vykonána komparace plaveckého způsobu kraul u testované osoby mladšího školního věku v plaveckém bazénu v Tyršově domě. Plavecká technika kraul byla natáčena z levého boku pod hladinou, z levého boku na hladině a následně z čela na hladině. Následně jsme získaná data zanalyzovali pomoci aplikace Kinovea a získané záběry byly porovnány s optimální modelovou technikou. Následně jsme navrhli vhodná cvičení pro zlepšení a korekci zjištěných chyb. Natáčení probíhalo na začátku roku 2022. Poté jsme vykonali analýzu získaných výsledků. Výsledky práce: Výsledky práce ukazují, že zpětná informace pro děti prostřednictvím obrázků, videonahrávky a slovního popisu má výrazně pozitivní vliv na změnu techniky kraul. Na základě provedené analýzy techniky jsme diagnostikovali největší chyby v poloze těla, dýchání a v pohybech horních a dolních končetin. Na základě několika týdenní intervence se nám podařilo... Title: Comparative analysis of the swimming technique crawl Aim: The aim of this thesis is to perform a comparative analysis of the swimming technique crawl on a swimmer of younger school age. The comparison will focus on the different parts of the body that affect the efficiency of the movement. Another goal is to design and apply technical exercises to eliminate them based on the performed analysis and the detected errors and to perform an additional analysis of the correct technique. Methods: A comparison of the swimming technique crawl was performed for a proband of younger school age in the swimming pool in Tyrš's house. The swimming technique crawl was filmed from the left side under the surface, from the left side on the surface and then from the forehead on the surface. Subsequently, we analyzed the acquired data using Kinovea and the acquired footage was compared with the optimal model technique. Subsequently, we suggested suitable exercises to improve and correct the errors found. The filming took place in the beginning of 2022. After that, we performed the analysis of the obtained results.
