Práce se zabývá psychickou zátěží zdravotních sester pracujících ve směnném provozu. Obecně shrnuje pojmy zátěž a stres. Vymezuje základní problematiku zátěže a stresu, jejich příznaky, zvládání a důsledky, jejich působení na jedince. Zabývá se i možnostmi prevence. Dotazníkovou formou prozkoumá subjektivní vnímání stresu u zdravotních sester interního oddělení a využívání možností ke zvládání stresu sestrami. Work deals with the psychological burden of nurses working in shifts. Summarizes the general concepts of burden and stress. Defines the basic problems of workload and stress, their symptoms, coping and consequences, their impact on individuals. It deals with the possibilities of prevention. Form of a questionnaire will explore the subjective perception of stress for nurses and the department's internal use of the possibilities for coping sisters.
