Bakalářská práce se zabývá vztahem mezi stresem v těhotenství, nefarmakologickými intervencemi, které je možné použít pro jeho snížení, a mateřským bondingem po porodu. Literárně-přehledová část popisuje v první kapitole jednotlivé typy stresu, které se v těhotenství mohou vyskytovat, dále mechanismy, prostřednictvím kterých působí na plod, a dopady na matku i dítě. Druhá kapitola shrnuje principy a efektivitu jednotlivých intervencí pro snížení stresu v těhotenství, jako např. různých forem psychoterapie, jógy nebo intervencí založených na mindfulness. Ve třetí kapitole se práce věnuje mateřskému bondingu, jeho odlišení od konceptu attachmentu a jeho korelátům. Čtvrtá kapitola pojednává o dosavadních vědeckých poznatcích o vztahu všech těchto fenoménů. V empirické části je předložen návrh výzkumného projektu, jehož cílem bude zjistit dopad intervence Mindfulness-Based Childbirth and Parenting v těhotenství na kvalitu mateřského bondingu po porodu s případnou mediací sníženou hladinou prožívaného stresu anebo zmírněnou depresivní symptomatikou. The bachelor thesis addresses the relationship between stress in pregnancy, nonpharmacological interventions, which are possible to use for its reduction, and maternal bonding after birth. In the first chapter, the literature review describes particular types of stress, which can occur during pregnancy, mechanisms via which stress affects foetus, and impacts on both mother and child. The second chapter summarizes principles and effectivity of particular interventions for stress reduction during pregnancy, e.g. various forms of psychotherapy, yoga or mindfulness-based interventions. In the third chapter, the paper describes maternal bonding, its differentiation from the concept of attachment and its correlates. The fourth chapter concerns present scientific findings about the relationship of all these phenomena. In the empirical section, a research project draft is presented, aim of which is to discover the impact of Mindfulness-Based Childbirth and Parenting in pregnancy on the maternal bonding quality with a possible mediation of lowered level of perceived stress or reduce depressive symptomatology.
