Bakalářská práce se zabývá motivací učitelů základních a středních škol k dalšímu profesnímu vzdělávání a tím, do jaké míry souvisí tato motivace s jejich pracovní spokojeností. Cílem práce je identifikovat, jaká je pracovní spokojenost učitelů základních a středních škol v České republice, a jak koreluje s jejich motivací k dalšímu profesnímu vzdělávání. Pozornost je nejprve věnována vymezení profese učitele - práce představuje jak obecná specifika, tak i konkrétní data a údaje týkající se učitelů základních a středních škol v České republice. Dále se práce v kontextu učitelské profese zabývá oblastmi motivace, pracovní spokojenosti a dalšího profesního vzdělávání. Práce také představuje dosavadní výzkumy v oblasti učitelské práce týkající se participace učitelů na dalším profesním vzdělávání, jejich motivace k tomuto druhu vzdělávání a pracovní spokojenosti učitelů. Dále se práce věnuje otázce souvislosti pracovní spokojenosti a motivace k dalšímu profesnímu vzdělávání. Součástí práce je kvantitativní empirické šetření realizované ve vybraných základních a středních školách v Praze. Šetření si klade za cíl analyzovat pracovní spokojenost a motivaci učitelů působících na vybraných základních a středních školách v Praze k dobrovolné účasti na aktivitách dalšího profesního vzdělávání a ověřit, zdali... The bachelor thesis deals with the motivation of elementary and high school teachers for further vocational education and the extent to which this motivation is related to their job satisfaction. The aim of the thesis is to identify the job satisfaction of elementary and high school teachers in the Czech Republic, and how it correlates with their motivation for further vocational education. The beginning of the thesis is concerning a definition of the teaching profession - the work presents both general specifics as well as collected data and information concerning elementary and high school teachers in the Czech Republic. Furthermore, the work in the context of the teaching profession deals with the areas of motivation, job satisfaction and further vocational education. The work also presents previous research in the field of teacher work concerning the participation of teachers in further vocational education, their motivation for this type of education and job satisfaction of teachers. Furthermore, the work deals with the issue of job satisfaction and motivation for further vocational education.
