Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje komentovanému překladu vybraných kapitol knihy Nepridumannaja istorija russkoj kuchni (Pavel Sjutkin & Olga Sjutkinová, 2011). Jedná se o populárně naučnou publikaci o historii ruské kuchyně. Pro překlad byly zvoleny kapitoly "Kazan' - bral, Astrachan' - bral…" a Tak čto že takoje russkaja kuchnja? Práce se skládá ze dvou hlavních částí - samotného překladu a odborného komentáře. Druhá část obsahuje překladatelskou analýzu výchozího textu, popis postupů a rozbor konkrétních překladatelských problémů včetně jejich řešení. Komentář je postaven jak na teoretických poznatcích, tak na praktických příkladech z textu. This bachelor thesis provides an annotated translation of selected chapters from the book Nepridumannaia istoriia russkoy kukhni (Pavel Siutkin & Olga Siutkina, 2011). It is a popular science publication on the history of Russian cuisine. The translation focuses on the chapters "Kazan - bral, Аstrakhan - bral…" and Таk chto zhe takoye russkaia kukhnia? The thesis consists of two main parts - the translation and the expert annotation. The second part contains a translation analysis of the source text, a description of the translation procedures and an analysis of specific translation problems including their solutions. The annotation is based both on theoretical knowledge and on practical examples from the text.
