Bakalářská práce se věnuje finančnímu hodnocením fiktivního investičního projektu, který se zabývá založením zahradního centra Zahradnictví Pomněnka. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části. V teoretické části jsou představeny vybrané statické a dynamické metody hodnocení. Dále se bakalářská práce zabývá finančními výkazy a marketingovými nástroji. V praktické části jsou vybrané metody aplikovány na fiktivním investičního projektu. V závěru je zformulováno doporučení pro investora s ohledem na získaná data. The bachelor's thesis deals with the financial evaluation of a fictitious investment project, which deals with the establishment of the garden center Zahradnictví Pomněnka. The thesis is divided into two parts. The theoretical part presents selected static and dynamic evaluation methods. The bachelor thesis also deals with financial statements and marketing tools. In the practical part, selected methods are applied to a fictitious investment project. In the end, a recommendation is formulated for the investor with regard to the obtained data.
