Název: Ovlivnění výšky vertikálního výskoku kondiční přípravou ve volejbale. Cíl práce: Hlavním cílem diplomové práce je vyhodnocení užitého kondičního tréninku zaměřeného na výskok ve volejbale. Metody: V diplomové práci byly využity metody měření a pozorování s následným vyhodnocením získaných dat, za pomoci analyticko-syntetických postupů a metody komparace. Výsledky: Výsledky přináší efektivitu užitého kondičního tréninku na výšku výskoku ve volejbale. Budou se zabývat vstupními, průběžnými a výstupními daty. Klíčová slova: Výbušná síla dolních končetin, maximální síla dolních končetin, odrazová síla, výskok, volejbal, intervence. Tittle: Influencing the height of the vertical jump by condition training in volleyball. Objective: The main objective of the diploma thesis is to evaluate the applied condition training focused on jumping in volleyball. Methods: The diploma thesis used methods of measurement and observation with subsequent evaluation of the obtained data, using analytical-synthetic procedures and methods of comparison. Results: The results bring the effectiveness of the applied condition training at the height of the jump in volleyball. They will deal with input, continuous and output data.
