Tato bakalářská práce zkoumá, zda mají vliv vybrané faktory na způsob vedení porodu a eventuálně na poranění způsobená při vaginálním vedení porodu. Tyto faktory jsou: BMI rodičky před těhotenstvím, počet dosavadních porodů rodičky, věk rodičky a váha plodu. Data v praktické části jsou vybrána z NIS MEDEA na pracovišti Gynekologicko-porodnické kliniky 1. lékařské fakulty UK a Všeobecné fakultní nemocnice v Praze, Apolinářská 18, Praha 2. Teoretická část práce se věnuje obecně anatomii ženské pánve, popisuje typy porodních poranění a také operační vaginální porody a jejich rizika. These factors are the mother's BMI before pregnancy, the number of births to date, mother's age and the weight of the fetus. The data in the practical part are collected from the NIS MEDEA, Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology 1st Faculty of Medicine of Charles University and General University Hospital in Prague, Apolinářská 18, Prague 2, Czech Republic. The theoretical part of the work focuses on the general anatomy of the female pelvis, and describes the types of perineal lacerations and surgical vaginal births and their risks.
