Tato práce popisuje zátěžové situace, se kterými se pracovníci ve zdravotnictví, především sestry, lékaři a zdravotničtí záchranáři, setkávají a v souvislosti s tím se věnuje syndromu vyhoření, který je častým důsledkem pracovní zátěže. S ohledem na prevenci syndromu vyhoření se práce věnuje také individuálním a organizačním protektivním faktorům. Ve výzkumné části práce zjišťuje, zda absolvování speciálních kurzů může pomoci zvládání zátěže v práci a nižší míře syndromu vyhoření. This thesis describes the stressful situations that healthcare workers especially nurses physicians and paramedics encounter and in connection with this deals with the burnout syndrome which is a frequent consequence of workload. With regard to the prevention of burnout syndrome the thesis also deals with individual and organizational protective factors. In the research part of the thesis it finds out whether completing special courses can help cope with workload and a lower rate of burnout syndrome.
