Předložená diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou vývoje spisové služby vykonávané na území Československé, později samostatné České republiky. Teoretická část práce je věnována historii a vývoji spisové služby od roku 1945, kdy zohledňuje následné vnitropolitické a geopolitické změny, které měly dopad na tuto oblast. Hlavní pozornost je v práci zaměřena na transformaci vedení spisové služby z listinné podoby, na vedení spisové služby v elektronické podobě, kdy se v důsledku modernizace úřadování a stále většího objemu dokumentů v elektronické podobě prosazuje používání elektronických systémů spisové služby a informačních systémů spravujících dokumenty. V této souvislosti práce předkládá ucelený přehled legislativních změn. Praktická část práce je věnována vymezení činnosti advokáta, notáře, soudního exekutora ve výkonu spisové služby s odkazem na odlišnosti dané předmětem jejich činnosti a povinnostmi stanovenými jejich profesními komorami. The theoretical part of the work is devoted to the history and development of the file service since 1945, when it takes into account the subsequent internal political and geopolitical changes that had an impact on this area. The main attention is focused on the transformation of the file service management from paper form, the file service management in electronic form, where due to the modernization of office and the growing volume of documents in electronic form the use of electronic file service systems and information systems managing documents. In this context, the thesis presents a comprehensive overview of legislative changes. The practical part of the work is devoted to the management of the file service and its differences in selected private law authors - lawyer, notary and bailiff.
