Kateřina Rybářová Název bakalářské práce: Vytvoření videomanuálu správné administrace Purdue Pegboard Testu podle České rozšířené verze manuálu pro Purdue Pegboard Test (PPT): Model 32020A Abstrakt: Častým následkem cévní mozkové příhody (CMP) je porucha jemné motoriky (JM). Hojně využívaný standardizovaný Purdue Pegboard Test (PPT) měří obratnost prstů na každé ruce zvlášť nebo u obou zároveň. Testovaná osoba má v pěti časově ohraničených subtestech vložit co nejvíce součástek do otvorů testovací desky přesně podle instrukcí psaných v manuálu. V ČR se doposud používaly různé pracovní verze překladu manuálu obsahující slovní instrukce nezbytné pro administraci testu. V říjnu 2021 byla zveřejněna Česká rozšířená verze manuálu pro Purdue Pegboard Test (PPT): Model 32020A. Ta obsahuje navíc i nová pravidla pro řešení a vyhodnocování situací (např. pád kolíku na zem, záměna rukou při kompletování), se kterými terapeuti dosud nenakládali jednotně. K dispozici jsou nově také zvukové nahrávky slovních instrukcí usnadňující administraci PPT. Cílem bakalářské práce bylo vytvořit videomanuál správné administrace PPT podle již zmíněné nové verze manuálu, a to u osob po CMP a u zdravé populace. Dílčím cílem bylo srovnat výhody a nevýhody PPT... Title: Creating a Video Manual of Proper Administration of the Purdue Pegboard Test According to the Czech Extended Version of the Manual for the Purdue Pegboard Test (PPT): Model 32020A Abstract: A common consequence of a stroke is a fine motor skills dysfunction. The widely used Purdue Pegboard Test (PPT) measures the dexterity of the fingers of each hand separately or both together. The tested subject should insert as many components as possible into the holes in the test board during five time-limited subtests exactly according to the instructions written in the manual. In the Czech Republic, various working versions of the translation of the manual have been used so far, containing verbal instructions necessary for the administration of the test. In October 2021, the Czech Extended Version Manual for Purdue Pegboard Test (PPT): Model 32020A was published. In addition, it contains new rules for solving and evaluating situations (e.g. falling of a peg on the ground, changing hands during making assemblies), which therapists have not yet dealt with uniformly. Audio recordings of verbal instructions are also available to facilitate PPT correct administration.
