Diplomová práce na téma Problematika mlčenlivosti a oznamovací povinnosti v nízkoprahovém zařízení pro děti a mládež a na orgáně sociálně-právní ochrany dětí je členěna do dvou hlavních částí, teoretická část a část empirická. Teoretická část obsahuje šest kapitol a podkapitol, které pojednávají o sociální práci, sociálním pracovníkovi jako takovém, specifikují sociální službu nízkoprahové zařízení pro děti a mládež a orgán sociálně-právní ochrany dětí. Dále pojednává o oznamovací povinnosti a povinné mlčenlivosti. Empirická část obsahuje informace o výzkumu k dané diplomové práci a interpretuje jeho výsledky. Cílem práce je zjistit, zda se sociální pracovníci v nízkoprahových zařízeních pro děti a mládež a na orgánech sociálně-právní ochrany dětí při řešení konfliktu povinné mlčenlivosti a oznamovací povinnosti řídí spíše etickým hlediskem nebo hlediskem právním. Výzkumná otázka byla stanoveno takto: Jakým hlediskem se při řešení konfliktu oznamovací povinnosti a povinné mlčenlivosti řídí sociální pracovníci v nízkoprahových zařízeních pro děti a mládež a sociální pracovníci na orgánech sociálně- právní ochrany dětí? Hypotézy jsou následující: H1: Sociální pracovníci v nízkoprahových zařízeních pro děti a mládež se při své práci řídí spíše etickým hlediskem než hlediskem právním. H2: Sociální... The diploma thesis called The issue of confidentality and notification obligation in the low-threshold center for children and youth and in the authority of social and legal protection of the children deals with the conflict of mandatory confidentiality and notification obligation and its resolution. Respectively by looking at the issue by individual social workers in various social institutions. These are social workers from low- threshold centers for children and youth and social workers from authorities for social and legal protection of children. The diploma thesis is divided into two parts, a theoretical part and an empirical part. The whole work contains ten chapters and subchapters. The aim of the diploma thesis is to find out whether social workers in low- threshold centers for children and youth and in authorities for social and legal protection for children resolve the conflict of mandatory confidentiality and notification obligation by a more ethical or legal point of view.
