Název: Hodnocení kvality provedení stoje na rukou ve vztahu ke stabilitě ramenního kloubu Cíle: Cílem práce je popsat vztah mezi kvalitou provedení stoje na rukou a dvěma vybranými faktory - stabilitou ramenního kloubu a flexibilitou ramenního kloubu u studentů 1. ročníku UK FTVS v bakalářských studijních programech Trenér, Kondiční trenér a Tělesná výchova a sport se zaměřením na vzdělávání. Metody: Práce má charakter empirického výzkumu. Výzkumný soubor tvořilo 76 studentů mužského pohlaví s věkovým průměrem 20,22 (±1,02). Pro zisk dat byly použity terénní testy. Konkrétně test kvality provedení stoje na rukou, test flexibility ramenního kloubu, CKCUEST a UQYBT. Pro vyhodnocení dat byly použity statistické metody jako Pearsonův a Spearmanův korelační koeficient, Kendalův test, Flignerův-Killeenův test, Shapirův-Wilkův test a metody deskriptivní statistky. Výsledky: Statistický významný vztah mezi kvalitou provedení stoje na rukou a stabilitou ramenního kloubu ani flexibilitou ramenního kloubu nebyl prokázán. Důvodem byla nejspíš nízká úroveň kvality provedení stoje na rukou u většiny výzkumného souboru. Klíčová slova: Rovnováha, gymnastika, stabilita ramenního kloubu, flexibilita, stoj na rukou, kvalita provedení Title: Assessment of the quality of handstand with correlation to shoulder joint stability Objective: The goal of this study is to find if there is a relationship between quality of handstand and two chosen parametrs - shoulder joint stability and shoulder joint flexibility in bachelor freshmen at UK FTVS studying programs Trainer, Conditioning trainer and Physical Education and sport. Methods: This is an empirical type of study. Tested group included 76 male students with average age of 20,22 (±1,02). Data were obtained by several tests, including test of quality of handstand, test of flexibility of shoulder joint, UQYBT and CKCUEST. For statistical analysis several methods were used. That inclued correlation analysis, Kendal test, Fligner- Killeen test, Shapiro-Wilk test and methods of descriptive statistics. Results: Statistically significant relationship was not observed between quality of handstand and shoulder joint stability, nor was observed between quality of handstand and flexibility of shoulder joint. The reason for the results could be low level of quality of handstand in majority of tested group.
