The properties of silicon detectors can be studied by evaluating electrical tests performed on them. The detection performance of silicon detectors is affected by damages caused by ionizing radiation, neutrons and gamma particles. Ionizing radiation causes bulk and surface damages in silicon detectors. This thesis studies the effects of gamma irradiation on silicon n+ -in-p diodes and their dependence on different initial diode's properties. The thesis also provides the summary of preproduction testing of silicon strip sensors carried out by the Czech ATLAS ITk Strip sensor collaboration at the Institute of Physics of the Czech Academy of Sciences. The silicon strip sensors will be a part of a new all-silicon Inner Tracker (ITk) of the ATLAS experiment that will replace current Inner Detector. The replacement is needed because of the upgrade of the Large Hadron Collider (LHC) into the High-Luminosity LHC. Vlastnosti křemíkových detektorů mohou být studovány prostřednictvím vyhodnocování jejich elektrických parametrů. Detekční schopnosti křemíkových detektorů jsou ovlivňovány jejich radiačním poškozením, které vzniká při průchodu ionizujících částic, neutronů a gama částic detektorem. Ionizující záření způsobuje jak povrchové, tak i objemové poškození křemíkových detektorů. V této diplomové práci jsou studovány efekty ozáření gama na křemíkové n+ -in-p diody a závislost projevů těchto efektů na různých počátečních parametrech studovaných diod. Diplomová práce také obsahuje shrnutí předprodukčního testování křemíkových stripových sensorů. Sensory byly testovány českou ATLAS ITk kolaborací v laboratořích Fyzikálního ústavu Akademie věd České republiky. Křemíkové stripové sensory budou součástí nového celokřemíkového vnitřního dráhového detektoru. Nový vnitřní dráhový detektor nahradí současný vnitřní detektor experimentu ATLAS. Výměna vnitřního detektoru experimentu je nutná kvůli upgradu LHC na High-Luminosity LHC.
