Název: Poruchy temporomandibulárního kloubu ve vztahu k psychosomatickým onemocněním Cíle: Cílem této diplomové práce je zpracovat teoretická východiska a poznatky s využitím především zahraničních zdrojů o problematice temporomandibulárního kloubu. Dalším cílem této práce je zjistit, s kterými onemocněními řazenými do kategorie psychosomatických onemocnění má souvislost vznik poruch v oblasti temporomandibulárního kloubu. Metody: Diplomová práce je zpracována formou literární rešerše za využití databází PEDro, PubMed, Scopus a Web of Science. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. V první části jsou shrnuta teoretická východiska a poznatky o problematice temporomandibulárního kloubu. Druhá část má deskriptivně - analytický charakter a obsahuje analýzu vybraných studií. Výsledky: Na základě vypracované rešerše vyhovovalo výběrovým kritériím 12 studií. Z výsledků zahrnutých studií vyplývá, že existuje souvislost mezi vznikem poruch v oblasti temporomandibulárního kloubu a vybranými onemocněními z kategorie psychosomatických onemocnění. Z této kategorie onemocnění souvisí vznik poruch v oblasti temporomandibulárního kloubu nejčastěji s revmatoidní artritidou. Klíčová slova: temporomandibulární kloub, porucha, psychosomatika, psychosomatická onemocnění Title: Temporomandibular disorders in relation to the psychosomatic diseases Objectives: The aim of this diploma thesis is to process the theoretical background using mainly foreign sources about the issue of the temporomandibular joint. Another goal of this thesis is to find out which psychosomatic diseases are associated with the development of temporomandibular disorders. Methods: The diploma thesis is processed in the form of a literature review using the databases PEDro, PubMed, Scopus and Web of Science. The thesis is divided into two parts. The first part summarizes the theoretical background about the issue of the temporomandibular joint. The second part has a descriptive - analytical character and contains an analysis of selected studies. Results: Based on the research, 12 studies met the selection criteria. The results of the included studies show that there is an association between the development of temporomandibular disorders and selected diseases from the category of psychosomatic diseases. The development of temporomandibular disorders is most often associated with rheumatoid arthritis. Key words: temporomandibular joint, disorder, psychosomatics, psychosomatic diseases
