Autor: Petr Valenta Název práce: Kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta po vertebroplastice Cíle práce: Cílem této práce je shrnutí teoretických poznatků o vertebroplastice a skutečností k tomuto zákroku vedoucích a uvedení možného příkladu fyzioterapeutické péče na konkrétní kazuistice pacientky po perkutánní vertebroplastice. Metodika: Bakalářská práce je rozdělena na dvě části: teoretickou a speciální. Teoretická část obsahuje obecné poznatky kineziologie páteře, problematiku kompresivních zlomenin a osteoporózy a fyzioterapeutické metody a postupy týkající se těchto diagnóz. Veškeré informace obsažené v teoretické části byly převzaty z odborné literatury. Speciální část této bakalářské práce byla zpracována na podkladě souvislé odborné praxe v době 24. 1. - 4. 2. 2022 ve Fakultní nemocnici Královské Vinohrady. Je zpracována jako kazuistika pacientky po perkutánní vertebroplastice. Obsahuje kineziologický rozbor, záznamy z průběhu terapií, výstupní kineziologický rozbor a zhodnocení efektu terapie. Výsledky: Během terapií nastal u pacientky částečný posun ve zdravotním stavu. Na začátku se jednalo o velmi nesoběstačnou pacientku schopnou chůze a stoje pouze za použití rolátoru, s postupným časem a terapiemi její soběstačnost stoupla a byla schopna chůze s trekovými holemi. Author: Petr Valenta Title: A case report of physiotherapeutic care of a patient after vertebroplasty Objectives: The aim of this paper is to summarize the theoretical knowledge about vertebroplasty and the facts leading to this procedure and to present a possible example of physiotherapeutic care in a specific case of a patient after percutaneous vertebroplasty. Methodology: The bachelor thesis is divided into two parts: theoretical and special. The theoretical part contains general knowledge of kinesiology of the spine, problems of compression fractures and osteoporosis and physiotherapeutic methods and procedures related to these diagnoses. All the information contained in the theoretical part has been taken from the literature. The special part of this bachelor thesis was prepared on the basis of a continuous professional practice in the period from 24 January to 4 February 2022 at the University Hospital Královské Vinohrady. It is prepared as a case report of a patient after percutaneous vertebroplasty. It contains kinesiological analysis, records of the course of therapy, outcome kinesiological analysis and evaluation of the effect of therapy.
