Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na produktovou inovaci ve společnosti Bonita Group Service, s. r. o., která patří mezi jedničku na českém trhu ve výrobě herních prvků na dětská a workoutová hřiště. Teoretická část práce definuje význam pojmu inovace a objasňuje problematiku spojenou s inovací. Praktická část analyzuje prostředí společnosti na základě vybraných analýz a hodnotí ekonomické aspekty zavedené inovace. The bachelor's thesis focuses on product innovation in the company Bonita Group Service, s. r. o., Which is one of the leaders on the Czech market in the production of play elements for children's and workout playgrounds. The theoretical part of the thesis defines the meaning of the term innovation and clarifies the issues associated with innovation. The practical part analyzes the environment of the company on the basis of selected analyzes and evaluates the economic aspects of the introduced innovation.
