[cze][eng] Na neonatologickém oddělení je protiepidemický režim z ošetřovatelského hlediska zaměřen především na blokádu možných cest přenosu infekce a zabránění vzniku nozokomiální nákazy u novorozence, který má během novorozeneckého období sníženou imunitu, a je tudíž zvýšeně vnímavý a ohrožený vznikem infekce. Jednotlivé složky protiepidemického režimu tvoří bariérový systém ošetřování novorozence, který je třeba z pozice ošetřovatelského personálu považovat za komplex opatření, tvořících jeden celek, a také je jako celek dodržovat, protože jedině za této podmínky poskytuje bariérový systém novorozenci během jeho pobytu na neonatologickém oddělení bezpečnou ochranu proti nozokomiální infekci. Bakalářská práce s názvem Dodržování protiepidemického režimu ošetřovatelským personálem na neonatologickém oddělení je rozdělena do dvou částí. V teoretické části jsou rozepsány jednotlivé složky bariérového systému ošetřování, bránící přenosu infekce, se zaměřením na složky dezinfekce a sterilizace, hygiena a dezinfekce rukou a manipulace se zdravotnickým prádlem. Ve výzkumné části práce jsou zpracovány výsledky ošetřovatelského výzkumu. Výzkumné šetření bylo provedeno na základě kvalitativního výzkumu. Ke sběru dat byl použit nestandardizovaný rozhovor a zúčastněné, skryté pozorování. Výzkumným souborem bylo pět dětských sester a jedna porodní asistentka pracující na neonatologickém oddělení Nemocnice České Budějovice a.s.. V bakalářské práci byly stanoveny tři cíle a s nimi související výzkumné otázky. Prvním cílem bylo zjistit, zda ošetřovatelský personál zná a dodržuje dezinfekční a sterilizační opatření, druhým cílem bylo zjistit, zda ošetřovatelský personál zná a dodržuje standardní postupy pro mytí a dezinfekci rukou a třetím cílem bylo zjistit, zda ošetřovatelský personál zná a dodržuje správnou manipulaci se zdravotnickým prádlem. V souvislosti s prvním cílem byla stanovena výzkumná otázka jak zná a dodržuje ošetřovatelský personál dezinfekční a sterilizační opatření, v souvislosti s druhým cílem byla stanovena výzkumná otázka jak zná a dodržuje ošetřovatelský personál standardní postupy pro mytí a dezinfekci rukou a v souvislosti s třetím cílem byla stanovena výzkumná otázka jak zná a dodržuje ošetřovatelský personál manipulaci se zdravotnickým prádlem. Autorka se snažila zjistit, zda ošetřovatelský personál pracující na neonatologickém oddělení zná a dodržuje některé výkony z vybraných okruhů bariérového systému ošetřování, týkající se dezinfekce a sterilizace, mytí a dezinfekce rukou a manipulace se zdravotnickým prádlem. V závěru bakalářské práce bylo na základě poskytnutých rozhovorů a pozorování zjištěno, že ošetřovatelský personál, pracující na neonatologickém oddělení, zná a zároveň dodržuje zásady vybraných složek bariérového systému ošetřování novorozenců. Autorka se domnívá, že výsledky výzkumného šetření bakalářské práce by bylo možné použít jako informační materiál pro seminář, týkající se dodržování protiepidemického režimu, určený porodním asistentkám a dětským sestrám, pracujícím na neonatologických odděleních.At the neonatology department the anti-epidemical regime from the nursing point of view is focused particularly on the blockage of possible infection transfer ways and prevention of the hospital infection at the newborn baby who has hypo-immunity during this period and therefore he/she is more sensitive and endangered by the infection occurrence. Individual parts of the anti-epidemical regime create a barrier system of the newborn nursing care which is necessary to be regarded from the nursing point of view as a complex of precautions. They have to be followed in their complexity as this is the necessary condition which guarantees that the barrier system will provide the baby with the safe protection against the hospital infection during his/her stay at the neonatology department. The Bachelor thesis with the name Observance of the anti-epidemical regime by the nursing staff at the neonatology department is divided into two parts. The theoretical part describes particular components of the nursing barrier system preventing from the infection transfer focused primarily on disinfection and sterilization, hygiene and disinfection of hands and handling with sanitary linen. The research part of the work deals with the results of the nursing research. The research investigation was carried out by means of the qualitative research. Methods of the non-standardized interview and the involved hidden observation were used for data gathering. The research group consisted of five children´s nurses and one midwife working at the neonatology department in the Hospital České Budějovice a.s. In the Bachelor thesis there were set three aims and three corresponding research questions. The first aim tried to find out if the nursing staff knows and follows disinfection and sterilization precautions, the second aim established if the nursing staff knows and follows standard procedure for hand washing and disinfection and the third aim stated if the nursing staff knows and follows the correct handling with the sanitary linen. The first aim involved the research question how the nursing staff knows and follows disinfection and sterilization precautions, the second research question connected with the second aim asked how the nursing staff knows and follows standard procedure for hand washing and disinfection and the third aim involved the research question how the nursing staff knows and follows handling with the sanitary linen. The author tried to find out whether the nursing staff working at the neonatology department knows and follows some performances from the selected parts of the barrier nursing system concerning the disinfection and sterilization, hand washing and disinfection and handling with the sanitary linen. On the basis of the provided interviews and observations the Bachelor work concludes that the nursing staff working at the neonatology department knows and also follows the principles of the selected parts of the barrier nursing system care for the newborn babies. The author supposes that the results of the Bachelor thesis research investigation could be used as information material for a seminar concerning observation of the anti epidemical regime held for midwives and children´s nurses working at the neonatology departments.
