Následující práce se zabývá návrhem výroby olejové vany hlubokým tažením plechu. V první části je práce zaměřena na seznámení a rozbor navrženého dílce. Dále se práce věnuje problematice hlubokého tažení plechu. V praktické části práce se provede návrh technologie výroby, technologické výpočty, návrh tažného nástroje a volba vhodného stroje. Poslední část práce je věnována numerickým simulacím pro ověření vyrobitelnosti součásti. The following thesis deals with the design of oil bath production by deep drawing of sheet metal. In the first part the thesis is focused on acquaintance and analysis of the proposed part. The thesis also deals with the issue of deep drawing of metal sheet. In the practical part of thesis is the design of production technology, technological calculations, the design of the drawing tool and the selection of suitable machine. The last part of the thesis is devoted to numerical simulations to verify the manufacturability of the part.
