Tato diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem pohonu mechanického lisu. Jedná se o klikový lis s 4 tlačnými body. Stroj je určen k plošnému tváření karosářských dílů v automobilovém průmyslu. Mechanický lis může pracovat jak v režimu jednotlivých zdvihů, tak i v automatickém provozu se zařazením do výrobní linky. První část práce se zabývá všeobecným rozborem tvářecích strojů a popisem hlavních částí lisu. Druhá část práce se zabývá návrhem pohonu na základě zadaných parametrů. V této části je uveden výpočet jednotlivých sektorů lisu a provedena pevnostní kontrola částí pohonu. Příloha obsahuje výkresovou dokumentaci. This diploma thesis deals with the design of a mechanical press drive. It is a crank press with 4 points. The machine is designed for surface forming of body parts in the automotive industry. The mechanical press can work both in the mode of individual strokes and in automatic operation with the equipment to the production line. The first part deals with an analysis of forming machines and a description of the main parts of the press. The second part deals with the design of the drive based on the specified parameters. This part includes a calculation of the individual sectors of the press and a strength check of the drive parts. The drawing documentation is included.
