Bakalářská práce se zabývá mobilitou pracovní síly v Jihočeském kraji, která je hodnocena na základě vývoje migrace obyvatel a analýzy dojížďky za prací. Dále je posuzován vztah mezi mobilitou a zaměstnaností, vymezeny faktory ovlivňující mobilitu obyvatel a naznačeny možnosti dalšího vývoje. The bachelor thesis deals with the mobility of the workforce in the South region of the Czech Republic. There is development of migration described and commuting to work analyzed. Also the relationship between mobility and employment is considered, factors affecting the mobility of the population identified and the possibilities of its further development indicated.
