Cílem práce je výroba odlitku metodou vypařitelného modelu s využitím 3D tištěných modelů. Nejprve je v práci provedena rešerše na dané téma a následně pojednává o postupu výroby odlitku touto metodou. Pro výrobu modelu byla vybrána 3D FDM tiskárna PRUSA MK3S+ a zvoleny filamenty HIPS a PMMA. Následuje volba nátěru modelu vhodného pro tuto technologii, zaformování do netrvalých pískových forem a odlití modelů. Nakonec jsou porovnány výsledné povrchy odlitků z modelu s nátěrem a bez nátěru. The aim of the work is to produce a casting using the evaporable model method with the use of 3D printed models. First, the thesis conducts a research on the topic and then discusses the process of producing a casting using this method. The PRUSA MK3S+ 3D FDM printer was chosen for the production of the model and HIPS and PMMA filaments were selected. This is followed by the selection of a model coating suitable for this technology, moulding into non-permanent sand moulds and casting the models. Finally, the final surfaces of the cast models with and without coating are compared.
