Diplomová práce se zabývá nalezením nejlepšího způsobu ochlazování skořepinové formy v průběhu tuhnutí taveniny za účelem dosažení požadovaných hodnot mechanických vlastností. V průběhu experimentu bylo prováděno ochlazování několika způsoby. Ofukování skořepiny stlačeným vzduchem, zanořování do vodní lázně a do roztoků kalících polymerů různými rychlostmi. Nejvhodnější metodou dosahující nejvyšších mechanických hodnot byla vybrána metoda rychlého zanoření skořepinové formy do roztoku kalícího polymeru o určité koncentraci. Požadovaných mechanických hodnot bylo dosaženo. This master´s thesis deals with finding the best way to cool a ceramic shell mould during solidification of the melt to achieve the requiered values of mechanical propeties. During the experimental part we tried different cooling methods. This involved blowing the shell with compressed air, submerge in water and wetting in a quenching polymer solutions at different speeds. The best way reaching the highest values of machanical properties was chosen the method of rapid submerge of the shell mould in a solution of quenching polymer of a specific concentration. The mechanical properties have been achieved.
