Práce se zabývá návrhu technologie výroby ovládací páčky zámku automobilu. Součást je vyráběna z oceli S355MC ve formě plechu o tloušťce 2 mm, výrobní série je stanovena na 400 000 ks/rok, z toho 200 000 ks/rok pravé varianty a 200 ks/rok levé varianty. Po vyhodnocení jednotlivých variant výroby byla zvolena výroba pomocí postupového sdruženého nástroje. Díl je zhotoven celkem v deseti krocích, které zahrnují stříhání a ohýbání. Pro zvolenou technologii výroby byly provedeny potřebné technologické, konstrukční a kontrolní výpočty. K výrobě součásti je zvolen lis S160 od firmy Šmeral, povrch součástí bude následně ošetřen povrchovou úpravou pomocí galvanického zinkování. Na závěr proběhlo posouzení ekonomičnosti, kdy cena jedné součásti byla stanovena na 13,3 Kč. Bod zvratu, po kterém se stane výroba ziskovou byl stanoven na 156 339 kusů. The thesis is focused on the proposal of manufacturing technology of the opening lever for a car latch. The lever is made of S355MC sheet metal with thickness 2 mm, production series is set for 400 000 pieces per year, which includes 200 000 pieces of right and 200 000 pieces of left version. After considering several production methods, combined progressive die was chosen. The part is made in ten steps, which include shearing and bending. Necessary technological, design and safety calculations were also made. For production was chosen eccentric press S160 made by ŠMERAL company. Surface protection of the part will be provided by galvanizing. At the end of the thesis a technical and economical evaluation is provided. The final price of one piece of lever is calculated to 13,3 Kč, economical turning point when production become profitable was calculated to 156 339 pieces.
