Práce se zabývá aktuální problematikou rozvodu se zřetelem na otcovství po rozvodu. Teoretická část definuje důležitost a funkce rodiny v životě dítěte, rozvod rodičů a důsledky absence jednoho z rodičů ve výchově dítěte. Dále se zabývá porozvodovým uspořádáním péče o dítě a stykem dítěte s rodičem, se kterým nežije. Praktická část vyjadřuje názory otců na porozvodovou péči o jejich děti. The work deals with up-to-date questions of divorce in consideration of fatherhood after divorce. The theoretical part defines what the importance of the family for every human being is, the stress is also given to social roles of mothers and fathers in the develomepent of a child. Particular attention is dedicated to troubles of divorces focused on fathers and their fatherhood after divorce. The other part which issues from theoretical knowledge is focused on experiences of fathers.
