Diplomová práce se věnuje snížení energetické náročnosti budovy dvoupatrového rodinného domu z 60. let 20. století, do režimu budovy s téměř nulovou spotřebou energie. Nejprve je daný rodinný dům analyzován z pohledu stavu před rekonstrukcí. Výsledkem této analýzy je průkaz energetické náročnosti budovy v původním stavu. V rámci jednotlivých kapitol následně navrhuji specifická energeticky úsporná opatření. Na závěr každé kapitoly jsou tato opatření ekonomicky zhodnocena s využitím dotačního programu Nová zelená úsporám. První opatření se věnuje zkvalitnění tepelně technických vlastností obálky budovy. To je zajištěno komplexním zateplením rodinného domu a výměnou původních oken a dveří. Druhé opatření je věnováno návrhu vhodného způsobu nuceného větrání se zpětným získáváním tepla. V rámci třetího opatření posuzuji a vybírám vhodný zdroje tepla, který nahradí původní zdroj tepla rodinného domu. Jako závěrečné opatření navrhuji využití obnovitelného zdroje energie ve formě fotovoltaického systému, které je podloženo energetickou simulací v programu DEKSOFT FVE. V závěru své práce vypracovávám průkaz energetické náročnosti budovy, který posuzuje splnění podmínky budovy s téměř nulovou spotřebou energie. The diploma thesis is devoted to reducing the energy intensity of a two-storey family house from the 1960s, to a building with almost zero energy consumption. First, the family house is analyzed in terms of the condition before reconstruction. The result of this analysis is a certificate of energy performance of the building in its original condition. Within the individual chapters, I subsequently propose specific energy saving measures. At the end of each chapter, these measures are economically evaluated using the New Green Savings Grant Program. The first measure is dedicated to improving the thermal technical properties of the building envelope. This is ensured by the complex insulation of the family house and the replacement of the original windows and doors. The second measure is devoted to the design of a suitable method of forced ventilation with heat recovery. As part of the third measure, I assess and select a suitable heat source that will replace the original heat source of the family house. As a final measure, I propose the use of a renewable energy source in the form of a photovoltaic system, which is based on energy simulation in the program DEKSOFT FVE. At the end of my work, I am developing a building energy performance certificate, which assesses the fulfillment of the condition of a building with almost zero energy consumption.
