Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na výběr nejvhodnější formy podnikání z pohledu daně z příjmů v České republice. Problematika bakalářské práce obsahuje konkrétní příklady daňového zatížení jednotlivých forem podnikání pro vybraný podnikatelský subjekt. V závěrečné části bakalářské práce jsou navrhnuty a popsány varianty z nejnižší daňovou povinnosti, respektive s nejvyšší daňovou úsporou. The bachelor thesis is focused on the selection of the most suitable form of business from the point of view of income tax in the Czech Republic. The issue of the bachelor's thesis contains specific examples of the tax burden of various forms of business. In the final part of the bachelor's thesis, variants with the lowest tax liability, or with the highest tax savings, are proposed and described.
