Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá ekonomickou efektivností a finanční proveditelností veřejného investičního projektu. V teoretické části je popsán základní rozdíl mezi soukromým a veřejným sektorem z hlediska realizace investičního projektu a následně i samotný životní cyklus projektu stavby. Dále jsou zde vysvětleny základní pojmy veřejných investic a typy hodnotících metod veřejných projektů. Poslední kapitola teoretické části je věnována detailnějšímu popisu jednotlivých kroků analýzy nákladů a užitků, která je využita v praktické části práce. Cílem praktické části bylo na základně vybraného veřejného projektu vyhodnotit jeho ekonomickou efektivnost. Tohoto hodnocení bylo dosaženo díky výsledným ukazatelům finanční a ekonomické analýzy. V závěru praktické části je posouzena finanční proveditelnost vybraného projektu na základně dvou rozdílných zdrojů financování, a to v podobě poskytnutých dotací a úvěru. This bachelor´s thesis deals with the economic efficiency and financial feasibility of the public investment project. The theoretical part depicts the main differences between private and public sectors and the overall life cycle of the construction project. Moreover, the fundamental investment terms are explained altogether with the assessment methods of the investment projects. The final chapter of the theoretical part describes the Cost-benefit analysis, which is subsequently used in the practical part. The practical part aims to evaluate the economic efficiency of the project. Therefore, the financial and economic analyses are used. At the end of the practical part, the financial feasibility of the selected project is assessed based on two different sources of financing, which are subsidies and the bank loan.
