Bakalářská práce popisuje a vyhodnocuje dopad pandemie COVID-19 na stavební společnosti v ČR pomocí řízených rozhovorů s představiteli dotazovaných firem a dotazníkového šetření. Teoretická část bakalářské práce obecně popisuje problémy zapříčiněné pandemií koronaviru, které ovlivňují české stavebnictví. Jedná se o popis průběhu pandemie v ČR, popis dopadů na ekonomickou situaci v ČR, popis vybraných protiepidemických opatření a vládních kompenzačních bonusů. Součástí práce je popis dopadů pandemie u konkrétního stavebního podniku a také vypracovaná část dokumentace pro řízení stavební zakázky. The bachelor's thesis describes and evaluates the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on construction companies in the Czech Republic using controlled interviews with representatives of companies and a questionnaire solution. The theoretical part generally describes problems caused by the coronavirus pandemic, which affect Czech construction industry. It is a description of the process of the pandemic in the Czech Republic, a description of selected anti-epidemic measures and government compensation bonuses. Part of the work is a description of the effects of the pandemic at the selected construction company and also prepared part of the documentation to management construction contract.
