Bakalářská práce se zabývá vyhodnocením investice do hospodaření se srážkovou vodou. Teoretická část stručně definuje pojmy vztahující se k investování, jako např. co to jsou investice a jakými způsoby je můžeme financovat, popíše kriteriální ekonomické ukazatele, pojmy k dotačním programům jakožto k možnému zdroji financování, a v neposlední řadě vyobrazí důležité pojmy k dešťovým a odpadním vodám. Praktická část práce se věnuje vyhodnocení investice na konkrétním projektu poskytnutého firmou Nádrže 24, s.r.o. se souhlasem investora. Je zde navrhnuto technické řešení projektu, financování projektu a následné ekonomické vyhodnocení investice do tohoto projektu. V poslední části této práce je navrhované financování porovnáno s alternativní možností, přičemž je zjištěno, zda je tato možnost pro investora nejvýhodnější. The bachelor thesis deals with the evaluation of investment in rainwater management. The theoretical part briefly defines the terms related to investment, such as what investments are and how we can finance them, describes the critical economic indicators, concepts for subsidy programs as a possible source of financing, and last but not least, shows important concepts for rain and waste waters. The practical part of the work is devoted to the evaluation of the investment in a specific project provided by the company Nádrže 24, s.r.o. with the consent of the investor. The technical solution of the project, project financing and subsequent economic evaluation of the investment in this project are proposed here. In the last part of this work, the proposed financing is compared with an alternative option, and it is determined whether this option is the most advantageous for the investor.
