Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na problematiku forem a metod motivace ve stavebničtí. Specifikuje stavební podnik a jeho prostředí, formy a metody zaměstnanců, vztahy a komunikaci se zaměstnanci. Obsahuje výzkum prováděný na stavebních společnostech a řízený rozhovor, který slouží jako podklad pro doporučení související s momentální problematikou. The bachelor thesis focused on the issue of forms and methods of motivation in construction. It specifies the constuction company and its environment, forms and medhods of emloyess, workplace relations and comunication witth emloyees. It conpains investigation contucted on consturction companies and duided interview, whitch serves as a basic for related to current issues.
