[cze][eng] Abstrakt Etické principy v práci sestry a sociálního pracovníka {--} shody a rozdíly V sociální a zdravotní péči jsou určité hodnoty, které by sociální pracovníci a zdravotní sestry měly dodržovat. K jejich dodržování jsou nutné určité osobnostní rysy a dovednosti, které by měl každý profesionální pracovní mít. Je to například empatie, schopnost spolupráce, odbornost atd. od těchto vlastností se odvíjí vztah k etickým kodexům a dodržování zásad v nich obsažených. Etické principy zdravotní a sociální péče jsou velmi důležité pro správný vývoj vztahu sociální pracovník/ klient a zdravotní sestra/ pacient. Cílem výzkumu bylo zjistit, jaké etické principy obsahují etické kodexy sociálních pracovníků a zdravotních sester. Bylo zjišťováno, které principy jsou shodné a které jsou rozdílné a jestli by se tyto rozdílné principy daly využít v druhé profesi. Cílem také bylo zjistit podvědomí sociálních pracovníků a zdravotních sester o etických kodexech, jejich obsahu, o aplikovatelnosti do praxe a v neposlední řadě, také názor na etický kodex druhé profese. výsledky obou částí výzkumu byly mezi sebou porovnány. K dosažení výsledků byl využit kvalitativní výzkum, metoda rozboru dokumentů a dotazování formou polořízených rozhovorů. Smyslem této práce bylo odhalit shodné a rozdílné principy v sociální a zdravotní péči. Bylo odhaleno několik společných principů, které shodně dodržují sociální pracovníci i zdravotní sestry. V části rozhovorů se objevily rozdílné zásady, nebo zásady, které obsahuje pouze kodex pro jednu profesi. Některé rozdílné zásady by byly využitelné pro druhou profesi. Tato práce poukazuje na to, jaký je pohled sociálních pracovníků a zdravotních sester na tyto principy. Jejich pohledy byly některé stejné, některé odpovědi byly zcela individuální. Cíl práce byl naplněn. Pro potvrzení nebo vyvrácení hypotéz, které byly v části Diskuze vyřčeny, by byl vhodný detailnější rozbor dokumentů a aby rozhovory byly vedeny s větším počtem respondentů. Abstract Ethical principles in the work of nurse and social worker {--} concordances and differences Social and health care includes certain values that should be observed by social workers and nurses. Particular personality features and skills each professional worker should have are necessary to observe them. They include e.g. empathy, cooperation ability, professionalism etc. Those features lead to the relationship to ethical codes and observance of the principles contained in them. Ethical principles of health and social care are very important for correct development of the social worker-client and nurse-patient relationships. The goal of the research was to ascertain what ethical principles are included in ethical codes of social workers and nurses. It was investigated which principles were identical and which are different and whether such different principles could be used in the other profession. The goal was also to find out the awareness of social workers and nurses on ethical codes, their contents, on the applicability into practice and last but not least also the opinion on the ethical code of the other profession. The results of both parts of the research were compared to each other. Qualitative research, method of document analysis and questioning in form of semi-controlled interviews were used to achieve the results. The purpose of this work was to detect identical and different principles of social and health care. Several common principles observed identically both by social workers and by nurses were detected. The interview part showed different principles or principles included only in the code of one profession. Some different principles would be applicable for the other profession. This work points out what the view of social workers and nurses on those principles is. Some of their views were identical, some answers were completely individual. The goal of the work was met. More detailed analysis of documents and interviews with a greater number of respondents would be needed to confirm or disprove the hypotheses expressed in the Discussion part.
