Bakalářská práce se zabývá návrhem novostavby bytového domu ve městě Brumov-Bylnice. Bytový dům je situován na mírně svažitém pozemku a je obklopen sídlištní zástavbou. Objekt má tři nadzemní podlaží a je částečně podsklepen. V bytovém domě se nachází 11 bytových jednotek s dispozicemi o velikostech 2+kk, 3+kk a 6+kk, které jsou umístěny v nadzemních podlažích. V podzemním podlaží se nachází technické zázemí objektu. Vstup do objektu je umožněn ze západní strany. Konstrukční systém budovy je navržen z keramických tvárnic typu Therm s certifikovaným kontaktním zateplovacím systémem ETICS. Vodorovné nosné konstrukce tvoří monolitická železobetonová stropní deska. Dům je založen na základových pásech z prostého betonu. Střešní konstrukce je řešena jako plochá jednoplášťová vegetační střecha. The bachelor’s thesis deals with the design of a new apartment building in the town of Brumov-Bylnice. The apartment building is situated on a slightly sloping plot and is surrounded by housing estates. The building has three floors and is partially basement. In the apartment building there are 11 residential units with layouts of sizes 2+kk, 3+kk and 6+kk, which are located on the upper floors. In the basement there is a technical background of the building. The entrance to the building is possible from the west side. The construction system of the building is designed from ceramic blocks of the Therm type with a certified contact thermal insulation system ETICS. The horizontal load-bearing structures consist of a monolithic reinforced concrete ceiling slab. The house is based on simple concrete foundation strips. The roof structure is designed as a flat single-skin vegetation roof.
